I am Eric R. I. Abraham, the L. J. Semrod Presidential Associate Professor of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Oklahoma. My research uses lasers to cool atoms to nearly absolute zero to study their behavior and to make new devices. My teaching is dedicated to understanding the best method of communicating each piece of physics content using all available methods and technologies.
